JobGhosting (https://jobghosting.leveragepointadvisory.co) is operated by Leif Franco-Soto under the business name Leverage Point Advisory ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers two different kinds of data: the public job-posting data this site tracks about employers, and the limited data we collect about you as a visitor.
Job posting data
The company and job listing data on this site comes entirely from public ATS APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday) and public LinkedIn guest search pages — no logins, scraping of private data, or personal applicant information. See How We Know for the full source list. This is business data about employers, not personal data about individuals.
Information we collect from visitors
- Analytics.We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site — page views, clicks, session behavior, and referral source — collected via cookies and similar browser storage. This isn't tied to your name unless you separately identify yourself.
- Request a Company. If you submit the Request a Company form, we collect the company name, careers URL, and any note you provide. We don't require or ask for your name or email to submit a request.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and browser storage for analytics (PostHog). If ads are enabled on this site via Google AdSense, Google and its partners may also use cookies to serve and measure ads, which can include personalized advertising based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info, and control cookies generally through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), and Google AdSense (advertising, where enabled). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing leif@leveragepointadvisory.co. If you believe a company profile or job listing contains an error, the same address reaches us.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
