Wall of Shame

Ranked by how many of each company's currently-openroles have sat 90+ days — algorithm, not vibes — then nudged by how recognizable the offender is, so a name you know doesn't hide behind a smaller board (the long tail still makes the list). Each company shows two numbers: Ghosty now (share of open roles that are ghosts today) and Track record(share across every role we've ever tracked). When “now” runs far above the track record, a company is posting like it's still hypergrowth long after the hiring actually slowed — you make the call.

Large employers (121+ active reqs). Flags are held to a higher bar because high-volume pipelines legitimately repost and rotate reqs. Read with salt.
